  • "May I order a candle with custom colors?"
    • Yes! We love special requests. If you don't see the color options you would like on the order screen, email us and we will work with you!
  • "May I order a candle with custom designs?"
    • Yes! We offer three unique designs that you can choose between at check out!
  • "Do you offer scented candles?"
    • Maybe! Our candles are all unscented. Adding scent to a candle utilizes a different process than the normal production. For this reason, it will take longer to produce a candle with a scent. Scented candles will have an additional cost added to the total.
  • "Are you running any specials for 'X' Holiday?"
    • Maybe! Holidays are a BUSY time. We try to keep the Holiday section of our store updated for special events year-round!
  • "Do you run sales on any of your candles?"
    • Maybe! Occasionally, candles will be flawed during production. These are random or imperfect candles; or unclaimed candles will be available at discounted prices in the Discount section.
  • "Do you offer returns or exchanges?"
    • No! Unfortunately, due to the highly customizable nature of these candles being made-to-order, All Sales Are Final.
